1. Giveaway Duration: The giveaway starts on July 17th, 2023, and ends on July 24th, 2023, at 9 am (CET).

2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to participants worldwide who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

• Like the giveaway post on Instagram 
• Follow @ray_gudrups and @hiexplorer.life on Instagram.
• Share the Giveaway post on their Story
• Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.

4. Entry Limit: There is no limit to the number of entries per participant.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly using the random draw tool at https://app-sorteos.com/. The selection will be conducted live on Instagram on July 24th, 2023, at 10 am (CET).

6. Prize: The winner will receive a guided adventure trip in Guatemala worth $2258. The prize includes:

• Paid accommodation during the expedition.
• Services of a knowledgeable guide.
• Local transportation during the trip.
• The participant's tagged friend will also receive a 50% discount to join the trip.

7. Prize Restrictions:

If the winner is unable to join the trip on the offered dates, they will be given the option to choose another trip to Guatemala within the same budget from the selected guided trips on our offer

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified and announced on the Instagram Story of @ray_gudrups and will receive a direct message (DM) on Instagram. The winner must respond within 3 days of notification, or a new winner will be selected.

9. Participant Consent: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that their Instagram name and profile may be used by Ray Gudrups and HiExplorer for marketing purposes to promote this giveaway.

10. Travel Arrangements: The winner is responsible for purchasing their own flight tickets to and from Guatemala City. The cost of food, drinks, and any additional expenses incurred during the trip are not included in the giveaway.

11. Trip Booking Threshold: If the trip scheduled for October 13-26, 2023, does not reach a minimum booking threshold of 70% (7 participants) by August 15th, 2023, it will be canceled. In such a case, the winner will be offered the opportunity to join the trip on the next available date.

12. General Terms:

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.
